Order your refills online and have them delivered straight to your front door in glass containers. Our friendly delivery guy Mike will bring you your goodies in a reusable tote, then pick up the empties when you’re done.

Step 1: Create Your Account

To access the Mobile Refill section of our site, you’ll need to register with a Login ID & Password. Under "Account Type" choose Calgary and the quadrant that you live in.

Step 2: Start shopping!

Once you are logged into your account, you’re ready to place your first order. Head to the Mobile Refill dropdown menu on our website and start adding goodies to your cart. You can find all of our refillable products under the Mobile Refill category.

Want to add a few non-refillables to your next delivery? You can do that too! Browse all the items on our site and add your favourite products to your cart. They’ll be included in your next tote.

How the program works

Products under the Mobile Refill category look a little different than our in-store products. Refills are priced per 100ml/100g and are available in pre-determined sizes. Your price is calculated based on the bulk price of the item, just like our refillery. Your price also includes a glass deposit on each mason jar. This deposit works just like a rental program. When you return the jars to us, your deposit will appear as a credit in your online account. This credit is automatically applied to your next order. To ensure our reusable totes are returned to us, we also apply a tote charge to your order. Once the tote is returned, a credit will be applied to your online account.

Delivery Details & Ordering Deadlines

The minimum order for Calgary deliveries is $35. There is no delivery charge on orders of $75 or more.

We deliver to folks in Calgary on a fixed delivery schedule. Our current schedule is:

  • Wednesdays: Calgary NE + NW
  • Fridays: Calgary SE + SW

ORDERING DEADLINES: Your order must be received by the day and time indicated below to meet the delivery dates outlined:

  • Calgary NE + NW | Order by midnight on MONDAY
  • Calgary SE + SW | Order by midnight on WEDNESDAY

APARTMENT / CONDO CUSTOMERS

We take care to ensure your order is never left outside or in an unsecured spot. For apartment or condo customers, we have a few recommendations that will make it easier for us to deliver your refills.

  • Does your buzzer go to a cell phone? When we arrive, you can buzz us in remotely with your phone. When you get home your order will be waiting safely outside your unit door.
  • Provide us with a key to your front entrance. We’ll use the key to leave your order at your unit door.
  • Check in with your building manager, caretaker or a neighbour. You can obtain permission to allow us access to your building, then we’ll leave your order in a secure location.
  • Let us know an alternative drop-off location. We can drop off your order in a secure location outside your building, or at a nearby location like an office.

DELIVERY FEES

  • Delivery is $6 in Calgary (free over $75).
  • All delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • If we make an attempt to deliver your parcel and are unable to leave it at your front door, we’ll bring it back to our shoppe and notify you by email or text. At that time you may choose to stop by and pick it up, or we will gladly re-attempt delivery the following week on your scheduled day for our regular $6 fee. This fee will apply regardless of order size.

PICK UP ORDERS

Want to pick up your order? No problem! Choose "Pick up in store" when you check out and we will call you when your order is ready.

Additional Info

Bottle Deposit

Our current bottle deposit is $5.00 for large 1800ml mason jars, and $2.50 for all other mason jars.

MASON JAR RETURNS: You may return your jars at our storefront in Inglewood, or clean them and leave them by your front door on your next delivery day. Once we receive your jars, we will issue a credit to your online account. This credit will be automatically applied to your next purchase.

Please note that website credits cannot be used in-store.

If you would like to keep your jars, you can do that too! We ask that your reusable tote when we deliver your next order. Your mason jar deposit will not be refunded, but you may keep that fancy mason jar!

Tote Deposit

Our current tote deposit is $10.

TOTE RETURNS: you may return your tote at our storefront in Inglewood or leave it by your front door on your next delivery day.

Tote deposits are credited back to your account as soon as the tote arrives at our shoppe and is processed. This credit will automatically be applied to your next purchase.

Please note that website credits cannot be used in-store.

How We Clean & Refill Your Jars

When we receive your jars, each one is run through our Alberta Health Services approved dishwasher to be sanitized before re-use. We take care to ensure that every container we fill is cleaned, sanitized and ready to go. Our mason jar lids and totes are sanitized and reused as long as they are in good shape.

Any jars or lids that are unusable for our Mobile Refill program are given a second life in our free container bin at our storefront.

FAQ

When will my order be delivered? We deliver on a set delivery schedule each week. Our current schedule is:

What do I do once I’m done with my jars? You may return your jars at our storefront in Inglewood or leave them outside your front door on your next delivery day. Mike will swap out your old jars with new ones!

Why can’t I get this product through Mobile Refill? The product you are looking for may be temporarily out of stock, or unavailable as a bulk refillable. If you’re having trouble finding a specific product, reach out to us here.

Help! I can’t see the Mobile Refill section of the site. Make sure you are logged into your online account. If you’re logged in and still can’t see the Mobile Refill category in the "Shop" dropdown menu, your account may not yet be connected to our online system. Please contact us so we may determine whether your account has been connected.

How do I get my jar/tote deposit back? Once you return your jars or tote to us, we will process your return and add a credit to your online account. Your credit will automatically be applied to your next online purchase and cannot be carried forward.
