Italian Beer Bread

This super convenient and easy-bake bread mix is totally zero waste! Packaged in glass mason jars, all you need is a little beer to make the tastiest and softest bread that the whole family will enjoy.

Our italian beer bread is fluffy and savoury, ideal for pairing with hot soup or chili.

Soupin' It Up breads are super yummy on their own, or garnished with a slice of soft cheese. They make a great addition to the hearty and delicious soups from Soupin' It Up.


Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Italian Seasoning, Salt


Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a loaf pan. Empty contents of package into a large bowl. Blend dry ingredients together. Add a can of room temperature beer. Mix with a wooden spoon until mixture is moist. Do NOT beat. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for 50 min. Remove from oven and pour 2 Tbsp. melted butter over top of loaf. Bake another 10 min. Let cool.

Note: you can substitute a can of club soda instead of beer.

Makes great focaccia loaf or buns too!
