Cinnamon Raisin Soda Bread

This super convenient and easy-bake bread mix is totally zero waste! Packaged in glass mason jars, all you need is a can of club soda to make the tastiest and softest bread that the whole family will enjoy. Our cinnamon raisin flavour is nutty, spicy and slightly sweet. Perfect for Sunday morning breakfast with a thick slab of butter.

Flour, Raisins, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, Cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a loaf pan. Empty contents of package into a large bowl. Blend dry ingredients together. Add a can of room temperature club soda (7-Up, Sprite, Ginger ale). Mix with a wooden spoon until mixture is moist. Do NOT beat. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for 50 min. Remove from oven and pour 2 Tbsp. melted butter over top of loaf. Bake another 10 min. Let cool. Try it toasted with jam.
