Lavender is known as the "mother of all oils," and is the go-to for many lovers of essential oils and aromatherapy. Its benefits are many and varied, but anyone who loves lavender knows the scent is simply... divine.
As luscious as a long soak in a bath full of essential oils can be, there's a myriad of reasons why a bath every day just isn't realistic. You might live in a cramped apartment with a tiny bath-less bathroom, haven't got the time or patience to get the water temperature just right or maybe you really hate baths.
Enter Shower Steamers!
Akin to their more widely-used cousin the bath bomb, shower steamers are a perfect alternative for those who don’t have the time to soak, but who still want a moment of pampering.
A Lavender Shower Steamer is the perfect way to make your shower a calming and relaxing experience.
- How to Use
All you need to enjoy a shower steamer is to place one (or a few, if you're feeling fancy) on the floor of your shower away from the direct stream of water and turn on the water to your preferred temperature (warmer is better). The shower steam will soon release the scented oils into the air; breathe deeply and relax.
Sodium bicarbonate (Baking soda), Citric acid, Hammamelis Virginiana (Witch hazel) water, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil.
Choose from a single steamer or a glass jar of 11 (30 g each)!
